    • Installation, Commissioning, and Training

      Kinmark commits to providing essential installation guidance, followed by dispatching our highly experienced engineers for on-site technical service once the equipment installation is completed. This service encompasses: Machine startup, commissioning, and trial operation at the site. Free on-site training for the operating personnel. Resolution of any issues that may arise during the installation, commissioning, and operational phases of the contract equipment. The ultimate goal is to ensure a safe and success operation for our customers.

    • Technical Support

      At any stage—before the sale, during the sale, or after the sale—should our customers require technical assistance or consultation for their equipment, our company guarantees the provision of accurate technical instruction and support no cost within 24 hours of the request.

    • After Sales

      In the event of any equipment issues, we pledge to have our skilled engineers on-site within 24 hours of your service call. During the warranty period, all related costs are on us, as we strive to ensure your operations run smoothly without any hitches.

    • Repair and Maintenance

      Our equipment comes with a one-year full warranty from the date of mutual acceptance, provided it is operated and maintained normally. During this warranty period, we provide free replacements for any non-consumable parts that get damaged or fail under regular usage. Please note, this warranty is void if the equipment isn't maintained according to our guidelines.
